Sandown Black Bookers and summary 26-01-2015

 

Excellent day at Sandown with plenty of UNFIT horses layed and only 1 other bet, a win from a very nice filly.

 

Good black bookers coming up for punters, either get fitter or don’t and you will lose, but getting into the fitness zone.

Punters lost millions on unfit horses.

Race 1:  Handicap 2400m

Top weight old war horse Tuscan Fire was top fitness rated on 18/96 and at  $2.83 fixed a place, looked a solid wager, but I need 97 minimum so stayed out.

 

Black Book the Waterhouse trained HIPPOPUS, was 2^nd up on 18/96 and this solid type of horse led for a long way and just faded on the line.

Black book for sure next start.

 

Big go was the Robert Hickmott trained PRACTISED on only 17/94 and backed from $5.00 into $4.00 punters lost a packet on an unfit horse. This solid type is worth following.

 

A bolter black booker here also in much easier grade is LITTLE RED WAGON, nice type on 17/96 chased Practised all the way but weaken, needs easier race to win.

 

 

 

Race 2:   Listed 1000m

 

On the small side, but fittest on 18/96 SHAMAL WIND as top rated. Punters lost a fortune on the much hyped up THE QUARTERBACK and this is an ordinary type of horse and on only 17/95 always struggled in this class, forget it.

 

Quality type, MOMENT OF CHANGE on 17/95 ran on nicely but try 3^rd up as needs miles in its legs to hit it strapped, or in 21 days’ time.

 

 

 

Race 3:  BLUE DIAMOND PREVIEW  1000m

This is some of the colts that may be running in the Blue Diamond classic in a few weeks time, only a handful are worth looking at, but still have FONTITON on top to beat them.

 

The well fancied, short in the barrel, stocky, TOP ME UP from the Hawkes camped looked very ordinary in fitness on only 17/94% fit and led and ran a great race to hold on to 2^nd.

Has 6 lengths in fitness still in the tank, and get its low blood count up and is the horse to follow in the colts division.

The other nice types out of the race were MESA  18/96, TRENCH FIGHER 18/97, DEMONSTRATE 19/96 and KIRABO 18/96…..all have 4 lengths left in them and may stand out next start.

 

 

Race 4:   BLUE DIAMOND PREVIEW 1000M

 

This was the fillies division and very impressive type in FONTITON on evens fav, got a check

out of the barriers and had to dig deep like a good horse over the last 80 metres to win.

 

On a nice balanced 18/97% fitness, she is all class with massive hind quarters that remind me of Black Caviar and Alinghi.  She was clearly the biggest filly in the yard. Stay with.

 

Nothing much else I see turning the tables on her, TAKE PRIDE too fat on 18/95 will trim down.

PROMEDADES was up on her toes and nice type as with PURSUITS and TIA can run nice races in easier grades.

 

On ratings of 18/97% fit, FONTITON has 3 lengths improvement but I have seen these quality types change to another gear when 99% - 100% super fit and put on 5-6 lengths, follow her.

She was my only bet for the day that won and had 7 successful lays that all ran unplaced.

Profit for the day was healthy 818%

 

 

Race 5:  Listed 1400 metres

 

PUNTERS got burnt on UNFIT HORSE HERE.

 

I put a huge circle around REPARATIONS as good thing next start from the impressive type on only 18/96% but got home and won today. Follow again as sure Lee Freedman will improve it’s blood count and fitness higher.

 

All the rage at odds on TRIED AND TIRED, well was tried and got very tired on low 17/96 fitness and punters got burnt here. Ducked through an opening but couldn’t leave them because of his low blood count levels. If blood count improve fair sort of a thing next start, but have to rate to see to back.

Black book both horses.

ANLON on 18/96 and nice type, raced out of its grade, back when bush starts next.

 

 

 

Race 6:     Manfred Stakes 1400

 

Open race and punters did their money once again on very unfit horses.

FAST CASH  and SAN NICASION (down on strength factors) both on 17/94 were beaten before on the track and punters lost a mint.

Black book the nice type PETROLOGY here on 18/96 will improve.

 

 

Race 7:  Handicap 1400m

 

All low fitness ratings here with fair solid type MOSSBEAT gave a bit of cheek, but here blood count was low on 16 and seriously need addressing.

 

ROYAL OASIS you can black book this quality big horse on 18/96 gave a bit of cheek to weaken out of it. Need better blood and fitness factors to improve next start.

 

 

Race 8:

 

About race 6 we had 3 crook looking sausage rolls each, and only ate 1 each and threw the rest in the bin.

My mate was turning white so he got home just in time to chuck up, and yours truly got

home just in time to sit on the loo for 5 minutes x 6 for the rest of the day.

I have no issue live tipping 3 unfit horse lays a day  = 300% profit, it is huge results.

150 race days per year x 300% profit per day =  45,000% profit for the year, tax free!

Currently with around 60 lays completed, my strike rate is 100%, liabilities: 0

Profit:  6,000%

 

That’s about the crunch of it guys, all good.

It is now 2 months to the day that I starting writing lyrics to rock and pop songs.

So 8 weeks later I have re written about 10 times each, 40 songs with another 10

drafted around on pieces of paper.

 

I have worked out that I just do not have the time to learn how to write music, plus learn the piano

to make the music for my own songs.

So I will hand out the songs to various persons/groups to do the music and make some demo tapes.

 

That way I still should be able to reach my goal of 200 - 300 new songs x Christmas.
