EVENT: Eight Hindis persons in traditional costumes are chanting, slowly walking in pairs down a long pier. A Priest leads the way, swinging a gold cup on a chain with smoke coming from it. Fishermen, with fishing rods leaning on a rail watch as they walk past.

 

FRANK BOURKE (30) ex jockey, city marketing guru, fit,  timid man but sex craved, retired due to a bad race fall, is sitting in a canvas chair sound asleep with an IPAD on his knees, his fishing rod leans on a rail.

The Hindis stop at the end of the pier next to Frank.

The Priest calls out words of love and peace as he holds up the ashes in an urn. Hindis followers kneel praying and crying.

 

The Priest scoops out a spoon of ashes from the urn and scatters them into the sea.

 

FADE IN:       50 fish in the sea feeding on ashes.

 

FADE OUT:      Three fishermen start pulling in fish.

 

The Priest, chants, scatters more ashes; all fishermen now catching fish.

 

 

FADE OUT:      100 fishermen on the pier, catching fish.

FRANK is sound asleep in his chair.
