My Back Pain Miracle.
Millions of persons around the world have different types of back pains
and will go too no lengths over many years to find either drug relief or cures.
Most cures are risky operations that persons do not jump out of trees to have done and I don’t blame them.
I have 5 damaged discs in the lower back and while some lower pain during the day, my nights
have been a nightmare for the last 3 years with only 60 – 80 minutes rest at a time during each night and then I have to sit
in a chair for 60 minutes and back to bed again and so forth every night of the year.
This has gone on now for over 1,000 nights.
Pain killer drugs as strong as near morphine never worked, so I started on some sleeping position/support
experiments to help me out.
Over the pain full 3 years this is what I experimented with.
· I elevated my bed about 30 degrees. Let’s say a 1% relief
· I placed a Dunlop Premium Deluxe convoluted overlay on my mattress. Let’s say 4% relief
· I placed another Dunlop Premium Deluxe convoluted overlay on top of my other convoluted overlay. Let’s say another 5% relief.
· It made little difference to my particular sleep pains, so what next, I was not going to give up.
· I purchased a king size Dunlop latex memory foam overlay and placed that on top of my 2 convoluted overlays on my bed.
· This gave me about 150mm (6 inches) of very soft padding support under me, on top of my elevated mattress.
BINGO
I immediately went from 80 minutes unrest to about 200 minutes of deep sleep plus every night, then a shorter 30 – 40 minute
sit up recovery and then back to bed to complete a restful, practically pain free night and with NO DRUGS.
This is my miracle!
This is really big news for me and I strongly suggest you try if in my situation of no hope and it may help.
Persistence paid off for me and I used quality products.
