Classique Legend, quality type resumed on 85% blood and very good horse - on track for spring carnival if they spell it, black book as won like a nice horse.
Mansa Musa, plenty of size and scope about this horse, 2nd up on low 80% blood, led and folded up. Good odds next start. Gerald Ryan stable.Not Enough Effort, on 85% blood caught 5 wide all the way and had to stop. Try next start with a better draw at odds also. In the Busuttin stable. Stella Impact, $1.40 on low 80% blood got rolled - trainer missed the boat, nice type and will win next start if they pump up her blood count @ a bigger price. Stockman – 90% blood over the distance and went on with it, nice type in this grade and can win again. Is a handy big 3yo. Vitesse – 85% blood and nice 3rd 2nd up ready now and Chris Waller mare. Yulong Code - 85% blood nice type that ran on from well back. In the powerful Chris Waller camp and should improve. Zing - 90% blood and ran on from last to 1st in the Waller camp again, has good upside.

Smokin Romans from the Maher camp 1st start in a race and just low - 85% fit won like a very good horse, with normal improvement this nice size type can go on with it; follow it for 2-3 starts. Carnamah 85% blood count from the Mat Cumani - having its first start in a race and finished very strong, back next start over 16 days break. Nice horse. Blue Tycoon, on - 85% blood nice type - 3rd up next start and ready to go closer than 2nd today from the David Hayes camp.

Jabali Ridge – 85% blood will improve on 2nd up run today, try next start. More Than Exceed – 85% blood back last, made a run then jockey gave up, next start. Sansom Great run from this nice big type - on 85% blood, good solid 2nd and can go better next start.
Mask of Time, 85% fit and nice type- apprentice got shuffled back 300 out then got clear for a great third, ready now. La Tigeras - 90% blood never saw daylight, next start now.

Skywire – Woodbine track. Nice horse this caught wide and great strength factors – on - 85% blood ready to win now. Finished strongly. No Name Fred GOLDEN GATE on - 85% blood finished strong at 7/1 to win, has good strength factors also and can keep going.

Kameko – N ice size and type rated over the line and won the Guiness like a nice horse - 90% blood count, can go on further. Pinatubo, hot odds on favourite and way down in blood count on 80% and this cost it the race, bit on the small size but he does have plenty of ability. Rate his blood count next start and if up to - 90% plus can get back into the winners circle. Rate his blood count down he becomes a good lay bet with low liability. You know you could set up a big sting here with PINATUBO. 2 OPTIONS ;-
He runs with a vastly improved blood count and performs better, not sure about going up in distance. OR Rate the horses blood count and:- If low - 80% again, starts up in distance, Group 1 - set weights, drawn wide - in under 18 days. BINGO- a $1.20 place lay. It can happen. 3 days prior if someone wants to send me an email of the horse - I will rate its fitness and blood count and post.

NORTHFIELD PARK – Just Plain Luck – 90% blood count and a nice type. Nice effort behind Adversary Seelster, also on 90% blood. Both these trotters can be followed up again as very fit. MOHAWK – No Time To Play – nice trotter this and on 85% blood can improve next start – watch out for. Raced greenly at its 1st start. Nice run. HOT WHEELZ won like a very good horse in its first race start on - 95% blood count and they never forgot to back this exciting new runner.

THE BIG STING - 1976
THE BIG STING 1976 I spent 3 months setting up a sting on a new give away hopeless slow, unfit greyhound, but never beaten out of the boxes. First I raced him unfit over a longer distance to get 88888 in the form guide in 2 weeks.
Then set up a huge sting because then the form guides took a week to update. 1976 I said to myself, what if I could race him with 88888 in the race book on Thursday - Saturday 88888 and Monday 88888 and get 15/1 every start? Thursday 440m was a risk bet but I unloaded at 15/1 each way and 8's concession and 3 a place - runs a great second – profit Saturday 366m - 12/1 into 9/4 and wins x 3 - Monday 400m - 15/1 into 5/2 and wins x 2.
The race book should have said 888882-1-1 but I got 88888. He won at his next start at 1/3 on. Nothing betting than going home 3 times in one week with bulging pockets full of cash! The good old days.
The lesson learnt here is I put 20 lengths on this dog with the SCIENCE OF FITNESS and I was its 4th trainer. Horses, you have to get away from the mug trainers and stay with the best, they will not let u down as much.

A 100% super fit horses come up maybe once a month. I am a very hard task master .Group 1 races are your 99% - 100% ratings because if the trainer presents the horse looking 95% - 98% and will lose, the owners will transfer to a better trainer. Pinatubo (UK) only has to put in a poor run next start and say good bye to the trainer. Send it to Chris Waller in Australia, the best man to win Group 1 races - about 120 so far and only a young bloke. That is life, owners want winners.
